Why Crack Seal?

- To stop water from running below the asphalt into the underlying structure softening, freezing, or shifting the asphalt.

- With larger cracks dirt can settle and grow weeds creating an eye sore

- Filling in cracks before they become potholes can be the smartest thing you can do.
